- Name, business name, email address, and phone number
- Account credentials and service preferences
- Subscription and billing details (processed securely through Stripe)
2.2 Call Data
- Call audio recordings (if enabled)
- Transcriptions and AI-generated text
- Caller ID, call duration, timestamps, and call routing logs
Novera only processes inbound calls. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent for recording or transcription.
2.3 Usage and Technical Data
- Log files, service usage statistics, and feature interactions
- Device information, IP address, browser type, and operating system
2.4 Payment Information
Billing details are collected through Stripe. Novera does not store or access full credit card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and maintain the Services, process and transcribe inbound calls, deliver analytics, improve our AI models, communicate updates, process payments, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell customer data or use call data to train external models.
4. SMS Communications (A2P / 10DLC Compliance)
- Messages are sent only in response to inbound calls or customer-initiated interactions.
- Novera does not send marketing or promotional SMS campaigns.
- Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
- End users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access Control: Restricted internal access under strict confidentiality.
- Hosting: Secure U.S.-based cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and security scanning.
6. Data Retention
- Call recordings and transcriptions retained 90 days by default.
- Account and billing information retained up to three (3) years after termination.
- Request deletion at contact@novera-ai.com.
